As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on size, weight and destination.

Shipping Methods

Ordes in the European Union are shipped via our affiliate couriers. We process and send orders during our main service hours. The order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. Shipping costs for orders over 150 € are free of charge for standard delivery.

Below you can find shipping costs and delivery times for your destination.

Standard Shipping: Allow about 5-7 working (business) days for delivery.

 Next Day Air: Allow one working (business) day for delivery. Orders must be submitted before 12:00 PM EET Monday – Friday for next working day delivery.

Duties & Taxes

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so there won’t be any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below: 

European Union, The United Kingdom, USA, Canada, China Mainland, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, India, Lebanon, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, U.A.E, Japan, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Spain – Canary Islands, Hong Kong SAR, Egypt, Isle of Man, San Marino and Bahrain.

Order Changes & Cancellations 

If you would like to change your order or the arranged delivery time, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible.

If you miss a delivery, we will be in touch with you to arrange another suitable delivery date. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we’ll return your order to the Collect Society partner for a refund.

We can attempt to cancel your purchase if you change your mind, however if the order has been proceeded it may not be possible. You can instead return your order for a refund via our free and easy returns service.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days. 

Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery takes 2-7 business days after it’s dispatched. Tracking informations and an estimated delivery date will be sent to you by email.
