RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, items can be returned for Exchange, Store Credit or Refund within 7 days of the order’s delivery date.
• Using the form indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason why.
• Insert the form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
• Attach the label for the return shipment to the outside of your package.
• Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt and you will be credited as soon as possible.

Choose a return ‘by courier’ and select the item(s) for return.
Confirm your pick up address and a convenient time
We are pleased to offer a free returns service to all Clients for any order that meet our Returns Policy. We can only offer a free returns pick up from the same country your order was delivered to. If you are using our return label, your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we’ve confirmed we have received your return. If you choose to use your own carrier you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
As soon as the return has been processed, the Client will receive a code for the total value of the returned items, which may be used on future purchases.
If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
Collect will accept products back only in the original condition, unharmed, with original tags and receipt and accompanying accessories(if applicable). For any items returned that are not in this condition, the return will be denied and the merchandise will be returned to you.
It is our aim that every items arrives in great condition. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.
